When I first started my fitness journey I was overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting information regarding how to get in shape. This left me thinking my dream body was only attainable through working out six days a week and living off a low carb diet. Little did I know, at the time, that all I was doing was keeping myself from reaching my goals.
